I worked as the stage manager for the theatre production Hikayat Darah Putih, performed by Qastury Pictures. The play tells the story of Langkawi’s history, following two boys who accidentally travel to the 17th century while visiting Makam Mahsuri and attempt to save Mahsuri from being killed. The production centers around the legend of Mahsuri, a women whose blood was said to be white.
